Ans- The first step is to get in touch with us and briefly describe your needs through the “Contacts” page on our site; you will then receive a form or a call where to explain your request more in details.

Q. 5- How does it all works?
Ans- Following to the customer’s request, Nicominds will divide the process into these steps:
  1. ANALYSIS - one of our consultants will visit the customer to better understand his needs;
  2. EVALUATION - an estimate for the required services will be forwarded to the customer within 5 days of the analysis process;
  3. NEGOTIATION - a final service contract will be prepared for the customer to be accepted;
  4. SUPPLY - provision of services previously agreed with the customer.
Q. 6- Do you provide clear proposals and confirmation of instruction?
Ans- Yes. Following an initial discussion to ensure we understand your precise requirements, we always provide you with a clear proposal as to what we will undertake, the agreed timescales we will work to our fee structure and general terms and conditions of business. We will not progress until you are happy with our proposal and that we have your written confirmation of instruction.

Q. 7- What is the best stage of a project to call you?
Ans- The earlier in your project that you call, the more money, time and worry we can potentially save you. However, we can most likely add value at any stage of your project – just call or email us.
